How do you kick someone? Different kicks have different chamber positions. For a front kick, bring your leg straight up with your knee bent. For a side kick, lift your leg to the opposite shoulder from your kicking leg with your knee bent. For a roundhouse kick, turn your body to the side and lift your leg forward, keeping your knee bent. Oh yeah, and you can macro kick and the WA skip glitch on mouse buttons. Ctrl is set to L2 so you can do Ctrl, shift+left click for L2 R1. Standing jumping attacks just press w+shift+left click. Yeah, unlike DS1, 3 really works with M&K both for PvP and PvE.
You want their strike to hit right about where your shield will be during the parry attack. Wait for them to begin their strike and hit the parry button (again, left trigger or L2) right when it should hit you. If you did all of that right, the attack should miss you entirely, and the enemy will just be standing there open. Hit the attack
