RASPBERRY GIMLET. A straightforward, chilled cordial featuring our Sunset Hills Gin, the Raspberry Gimlet is delightfully delicious. Much like the fruit, this rose-colored sipper is the perfect balance between sweet and tart.
Add lime juice to your shaker, along with the gin and some ice. Shake to combine. Dump out the ice from the coupe, and strain your cocktail shaker into your coupe, using a double strain. This is using a fine mesh strainer along with a Hawthorne Strainer to strain out all the raspberry seeds.
Measure gin, lime juice and simple syrup into a shaker filled with ice. Here’s a convenient measuring jigger that I use. Shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish the glass with a lime wheel. To make the lime wheel stay on the edge of the glass: Lay the lime wheel flat on a cutting board. XT9T3.
